Welcome to Playful Plates Nutrition and The Milk Diet! By booking a service, purchasing a product, or engaging with our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Playful Plates Nutrition and The Milk Diet offer nutrition coaching, lactation consulting, and educational resources designed for informational and educational purposes only. Our services are not medical advice and do not replace care from a physician or healthcare provider.

Our services are designed for parents and caregivers of children ages 0–5 and for breastfeeding/chestfeeding individuals. You must be 18+ to book services.

All services are private-pay. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. We provide receipts for insurance reimbursement (please note: reimbursement is not guaranteed).

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours may be subject to a fee (up to the full session cost).

By participating in our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, honest information in all forms and sessions 
• Follow up with your healthcare provider for any medical concerns 
• Use your judgment when implementing any strategies or advice provided
   

We respect your privacy! All client information is stored securely through our EHR system (Charm) and is kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA and privacy laws.

While we aim to provide helpful, personalized guidance, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (such as weight gain, feeding milestones, or milk supply increases). Every child, parent, and situation is unique.
